The hamlet is less than 1 km from a good road connecting it to Poitiers, a distance of 40 kms, with its airport and major train station, as well as good shops, restaurants and other facilities. The N10 and A10 are easily accessible and there are also good road links with Niort and, further afield, La Rochelle and the coast, Limoges, Saintes and Cognac.
