Milatos is a fishing village on the north coast of the Lasithi province.
It is a quiet tourist destination known for its very nice coast and surroundings and for the many very good and inexpensive fish restaurants. There is a small sandy beach and a fishing boat port at the village?s coast.
There are numerous resorts only a short drive to Milatos such as Sissi, Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos and the small town of Neapolis.

The house is tucked away in a quiet village street close to the village?s main church and is only one kilometre from the sea.
The traditional stone bungalow was fully renovated in 2013 and is in excellent condition.
All electrics and plumbing are modern and the walls, ceiling, floors, doors and windows have been restored and improved.

The 44 square meter house consists of a living room,
a kitchen equipped with kitchen sink, fridge, freezer, two cook tops, a small oven and shelves,
a shower room and
a bedroom with a double bed.

It is possible to construct another room on the top floor.
The 50m2 front yard has a herb and flower garden area and a small storage room.
An old stone wall with an iron gate gives access to the village street.
The 44m2 flat roof would make a wonderful roof terrace with nice village and mountain views and even some distant sea views.

The house is ready to move into immediately and can be used as either a holiday house or even a permanent residency as it is possible to extend the current building by at least one more room.

The international airport of Heraklion Crete is about 35 minutes by car from Milatos.
