The house is built on a hillside private plot of land of 182 square meters enjoying views of the villages? houses and rich nature .

An open plan kitchen/lounge area with a beautiful stone arch, a shower room with exposed stone walls and a double bedroom.
The upper floor is accessed by an external concrete staircase and features an independent studio apartment with its own kitchenette, bedroom and shower. This room has an A/C unit.

It is 20min drive from Sitia town, 40min from Aghios Nikolaos, 20min from Mochlos fishing village. It serves with regular bus service connecting major towns. Three coffee shops/restaurant within walking distance from the house.
