A unique opportunity to develop a Surfing Centre with restaurant, small retail outlet and communal facilities on a strip of land on the main road leading to the popular village of Carrapateira within walking distance of the beach. The approved project is for a two storey building to benefit from the sea views across the dunes in this area of the Natural Park.

The project is for one or two buildings each divided into three different sections - 1. Information Area 2. Eating Drinking Area with terrace (capacity for 52 covers) 3. Storage area for surfing equipment and communal facilities (bathrooms, showers, washing machines, etc). A small retail outlet area is proposed adjacent to this area.

The main concept of this project is to promote and encourage sport activity, namely surf, in a building designed to fit into this unique landscape.

All approvals have been granted by both the Camera Municipal of Aljezur and the Natural Park which were valid until June 2015. - REF: U260
