JUST REDUCED IN PRICE¡¡ This gorgeous little house is on one of the oldest streets in Alhama de Granada and in the Barrio Arabe. It is a two story house with lovely outside space. The house is easy to keep cool and easy to heat in the summer and it boasts a great reputation as a holiday let.

Ground floor: the glass paned front door leads straight to a large open plan kitchen dining room. In this room there would be enough space to add units to the kitchen if you wanted to. There is a fridge/freezer, oven with hob, single sink and lots of workspace. The shower room is just to the right of the front door and has a large shower, basin, WC, washing machine and electric water heater. Next to the kitchen sink are double glazed patio doors that lead out to a small space big enough for a cloths airer, there is also an outside tap here.
Through a small arch is the good sized lounge. There is a large wood burning stove here plus two double sofas, TV with English and Spanish channels and double glazed patio doors that lead to the lovely patio.

Up a couple of steps and you are in the larger second level patio with a built in planter filled with roses, an orange tree and lavender. There is room for a BBQ, either a free standing one as already exists here or to build one in. The walls are all exposed stone.
