I have owned the villa since it was built and selected it based on its location and the facilities available to it as a phase 4 house. As a family we have enjoyed many great times and holidays at the villa and would love to pass it on to another family that will cherish it as much as we have.

EXTERIOR
The villa has a large tiled garden area and parking area for 3 /4 cars, as well as a lower terrace with fruit and ornamental bushes and trees. The garden also has 3 raised flower borders which are easy to manage. At the front of the property, on a lower tier with wonderful panoramic views out to the sea, is the beautifully presented and well kept fruit garden. A gardener tends the premises once a month for 3 hours at €10 per hour.
The location enjoys 180 degree panoramic views of the sea on the left and mountains on the right – with Alicante in the distance centrally. The Villa has a glazed porch facing south so gets the sun all day, great for meals and drinks on cool times of day, when hot the glass panels can slide open for fresh air and there is a ceiling fan with lights.
The villa has security grills fitted to all windows and doors. Neighbours are very pleasant, quiet and helpful if required.
The communal pool is shared. It is locked as it is only for use between phase 4 villas (of which mine is) and is available to use all year round, maintained as part of the service charge fee for phase 4 houses of €71 per quarter.
Bonalba Golf near Alicante and Campello is a premier 18 hole course with a grand club house and health resort, restaurant etc. etc.
Council tax is currently €600 per annum.
