Grounds
The house is found on a 906m² plot, entirely fenced in. Access to the house is made by way of a large gate. A gravel road leads up to the house at the end of which you will find a well and several parking spaces. The garden is home to many different plants and trees. General Condition
The house is in good condition and besides one or two little touch ups on the inside all that there is left to do is move in. Three of the five rooms have reversible air conditioning. The windows and bay doors are double glazed, a number have automatic shutters while others have traditional French shutters. The roof was entirely redone less then ten years ago. Gas comes from the town.

A lovely house on a pretty plot of grounds nestled in the center of a small village near Narbonne. Though the house is already spacious there is also the possibility to convert the attic and the garage into more living space.
