This is one for the train spotters, because there is a railway line at the end of the garden and it is next to a level crossing. There are nine passenger trains a day from Caen to Le Mans, so nine times a day a train passes, none at night, and they are quiet. There are irregular freight trains.
So perhaps no pets or young children, though the current owners kept a cat that came and went with no problem. By the way train spotters, there are no 'namers'. The garden is mainly walled and could easily be made completely secure with different gates.
