Set on the top part of the small traditional village of Nikithianos this one bedroom house plus mezzanine bedroom stone house offers some of the best mountain and country views in the area.

The house comprises a living room with a working fireplace, original wooden beam roof and original stone features, next to the living room is a fitted kitchen complete with cooker/oven, sink, cupboards, refrigerator, etc...a wooden staircase leads up to the guest mezzanine bedroom.
Below the mezzanine is the shower room. There is a large terrace with magnificent views of the villages and mountains below from this level.
A staircase connects the living room to the lower level.
On this level there is a double bedroom equipped with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has its own entrance.

The house has been designed in order to preserve all the original features like the stone walls, wooden beams and terracota tiles.

Nikithiano is a small village just 2 kilometers from the small town of Neapolis and about 8 kilometers to the seaside town and provinc capital Agios Nikolaos, Crete. There is a restaurant and a small cafe in the village.
The international airport of Heraklion, Crete is less than a 40 minute drive from Nikithianos.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
