IINTERIOR:
Kitchen/Dinning Area: Setting up the tone with white cabinetry and appliances reminding of a beach cottage, the white lattice woodwork, high ceilings, highlight the West Indian heritage and create a relaxing, casual living atmosphere. The kitchen opens to the dining space and through large sliding doors to the terrace.
Sitting Room: With a green accent wall perfectly synchronized with the outside surroundings, the rattan furniture carries on the informal theme.
Accommodation: The master suite consists of a very spacious bedroom also with large sliding doors giving access to two balconies; perfect for morning coffees or a quiet read. A walk in closet and linen cupboards are adjacent to the master bathroom.
The guest bedroom is set back in the tropical background, has built in closets and access to a small, functional bathroom.
Downstairs, a second guest bedroom and bathroom add a private and independent accommodation.

EXTERIOR:
The simplicity of the layout enhances the natural assets of the site. Creating almost a courtyard type outdoor space, the staggered structures back up the land sheltering the pool deck from the occasional strong winter winds and creating total privacy.
The gazebo is ideal to enjoy meals as fresco and is a great spot to star gaze at night.
Pool: 10’ X 10”, sitting right in the center of the deck, it is perfect to cool down.
