Mojacar boasts over 3,000 hours of sun per year. The average yearly temperature is a balmy 20º Celsius. Long stretches of beach, lots of comercial opportunities, bars, shops and restuarantes. According to a rather curious legend, Walt Disney was said to have been born in Mojacar in 1905 and given the name of José Guirao Zamora.
