Set in the area of Sierra de Pila at about 550 metres above sea level, temperatures are about 3 degrees cooler than the local town of Fortuna, which is just 11 kilometres away. It would suit people who would like to be rural but not remote as the town of Fortuna and the city of Murcia offer all aspects of urban living that you might need including hospitals, and a new medical centre in Fortuna.

Here we have a tarmac road up to the house, street lights (adjacent to all the original properties in the valley.) A post lady, (so no PO box required.) A daily grocer for bread if you need it.
