A fascinating old, village house in good structural condition, requiring restoration and remodelling to produce a comfortable house with a more modern layout.

Located in the lower part of the village, just above the river, with easy access to a large free parking area, a few steps lead up to the street where this pretty, traditional village house is located.

A front patio looks over the street and lovely views, and from here, a door leads into a living room area (6 x 3m) with thick walls, white painted beams in excellent condition, good floor tiling and a traditional alcove with its original wooden glass cupboard doors.
