This property is a full restoration project and there are plans already approved by the local council.

The property still has a lot of original features including; stone sink in kitchen, huge fireplace in original kitchen, upper floor the ceilings are original but clearly require some attention.

The main living area has concrete floors and is in reasonable condition, a lot of the doors and windows have been bricked up for safety reasons.

There is a side entrance which is accessed via double wooden doors into an entrance hall. From here is a room with a concrete floor and a door to the side. There are another two rooms from here each with a window. The kitchen has a huge fireplace and a window to the side and the original stone sink is still there. There is a bread oven here as well. Off the kitchen is under stairs storage. The kitchen covers the majority of the lower floor.

Upstairs is accessed by way of a wood staircase which is in fair condition and has a bannister. At the top of the stairs there are double wooden doors to the left which lead in a bedroom where there are windows to the side and front, and there are wooden floors.

From here there is another bedroom again with wooden floors and a window to the front, this room also has the original wooden ceiling, off this room is a doorway which leads to the upper hallway.

The room directly in front of the stairs has original wooden ceilings and floor and a window to the side.

Bedroom 4 has wooden floors and ceiling and a window.

Outside ….....

There is a separate annex which will need rebuilding. The other outbuilding is divided into 3 this has a dirt floor an outside water tap, 2 concrete tanks and a wine adega. There is a small window to the rear garden and this part of the outbuilding is part stone and part brick.

The land is flat and is approx 1200m2. There are olive, apple, fig, and orange trees.

There is a lake nearby and the area is marked to the equivalent of green belt so will not be built on.
