The property has great curb appeal and has a sweeping block paved driveway to the rear of the property where there is a garage and workshop. There is also a utility room that has connections for a washing machine and dryer.
There is a landscaped area to the side and rear that is mainly land to lawn but incorporates flowers beds that have been planted with easy maintenance plants and shrubbery an also has a fish pond with bump.
