This property is located in a friendly village that is located five minutes to Foz do Arelho and the beautiful beaches there. It is ten minutes from Sao Martinho do Porto with it's lovely town and beautiful beaches and it is ten minutes from the thriving town of Caldas da Rainha.

Foz do Arelho has fabulous beaches and also the calm waters of the Obidos Lagoon. There are also shops, cafes and restaurants in the village as well as a bank, pharmacy, butchers, mini markets. A water sports centre on the Obidos Lagoon provides access to wind surfing, diving, kayaking and a variety of other sports and activities.

Sao Martinho do Porto is a good sized town that has been built around the world famous bay that is enclosed by two arms that provide a calm an safe area for family days at the beach. The town has shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, mini-markets, banks and a lovely promenade that stretches right around the bay.

Caldas da Rainha is a large town with many shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues including cinemas and the CCC (Cultural Centre), that, throughout the year has various shows including operas, musicals, dancing and entertainment. There is a wonderful centre park that is beautifully maintained and incorporates a restaurant and a safe children's play area. There are several hotels.

Transportation links are close by and Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are less than an hour away.
