Driving to Letymvou takes merely 15 minutes from Paphos Town. The village itself is quite quaint and has a lovely small selection of coffee shops, taverns and a mini-market. The house is just a few minutes walk away from this village square. Tall wooden gates at the property open to let you into the courtyard and garden of this traditional and fabulous home. The main house with original wooden doors consists of a large dining and sitting area with open log fireplace and a traditional Greek Cypriot proud arch that decorated most wealthy homes. The conventional stone floor in this grand room is unique. A couple of steps lower from the dinning area is a double arched nook where you can relax, read or use the area as an office. At the side of the first arch is a row of protruding iron bars, which are used as steps to get to the open loft that looks over the dinning and living room. A place that can be used as a study, office, hobby or purely a place for relaxation.

The door at the side of the nook opens into the kitchen and leads round to the family bathroom, a double bedroom and a set of doors that open into the courtyard. An outdoor concrete staircase with iron railings which is at the side of the main house takes you up to the two other bedrooms, shower room and kitchenette. The high ceilings and tall doors in this part of the house are quiet intriguing. There is an outdoor storage room attached to the side of the main house.
