On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room and a fitted kitchen with electric oven, halogen cooker and 50 l hot water boiler. There is also an open fireplace. The floors are tiled and the windows are double glazed with aluminum shutters. The floors in the bedrooms are made of wood.
The house is heated by electric wall radiators.
The cottage requires some cosmetic work, shower room ceiling, general painting and the annex roof.
A small part of the back garden (directly around the house) is fenced. The rest of the estate consists of flat terraces.
The water reservoir of Cabril, are just a short drive. There is also the popular river beach of Praia das Rocas.
