The Villa is set within the luxurious Windjammer Landing Resort, which comprises 60 acres on the northeast coast overlooking Labrelotte Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The property enjoys access to six swimming pools and five restaurants within the resort along with a 5,000 sq. ft. state of the art Spa with full wellness facilities, including a gym.
Entrance Level
At the entrance level is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, overhead fan, and walk in closet with wall safe. Ensuite bathroom, with w.c., w.b. and shower. The outside terrace has beautiful ocean views.
Downstairs
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, twin sink, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Alongside is a small dining room with overhead fan.
Steps lead down to the sitting room area with sofa bed and TV. Two sets of double doors open on to the outside patio and plunge pool, with superb views of the bay below.
Master double includes TV, air conditioning and overhead fan. Walk in closet with wall safe, Ensuite, with w.c., w.b. and bath with overhead shower. There is a Juliette balcony to one window and another door that leads to the main balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
Lease Back Arrangement
The villa can be leased to Windjammer Landing Company Ltd. whereby the owner receives US$15,000 annually, which is paid in quarterly instalments. Subject to the terms of the lease, the property is marketed, managed and maintained by Windjammer Landing Company Ltd.
The owner may use the property on a complimentary basis for:
One week High Season or,
Two weeks in Shoulder Season or,
Three weeks in Low Season.
Alternatively
The owners may use the property 365 days of the year and pay a monthly maintenance cost, currently US$2,300 per month, which includes the use of all the hotels facilities, building insurance, and external maintenance of the property, grounds and private plunge pool.
