The mansion is built in a 3600m² plot and the covered area is 2200m².The house includes a main building for the family, a guest house, a maids house and a guards house, ancillary infrastructure and unobstructed sea view. The main building is a three story building, with four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a laundry room on the top floor.



The master bedroom has a double Jacuzzi, steam bath bidet. In the ground floor there is a kitchen, a family room, dining room (capacity of 26 persons), living room, 2 WC, office and a double entrance for security purposes. The maid’s house is a two bedroom apartment with open kitchen and living room, bathroom and storage room. The guard’s house is a small house on the main entrance with shower and toilet. The ancillary infrastructure has two garages for 7 cars, storage rooms for water, furniture, generators and two storages for general purposes. The house is built with high tech and smart systems.



The external walls are 50cm thick for thermal isolation. The external openings are from solid wood anti-vandalism glass imported from Italy. The internal doors, wardrobes, kitchen etc are made from American walnut. The three floors are connected with an elevator 2x2m.The beds and bedroom furniture are made by Ralph Lauren and the rest of the furniture are made by Baxter and Baker. The dining table was bought from an old palace in London.



A vitro glass 2.5x10m was made by Murano glass in Venice Italy. The chandeliers are made by Baccarat Crystals. At the entrance there is a 32m² Mosaic made by a well known Cypriot artist. A lot of antiques and statuses bought from Sotheby's and Christie's are installed in the house. Also there is a big external swimming pool 8x16m with Jacuzzi for 8 people and two lakes one internal and one external.



Also, there is a fire protecting system protecting the house from outside fire. Furthermore, there is an under floor heating and central A/C system. The security systems include alarm systems, CCTV and X rates system. The foundation system was designed to resist any kind of earthquake (double foundation with special material in between). Well decorated ceiling floors with hidden lightings in all areas of the main building and guest house.
