Next to the house and set slightly away from it, is an outbuilding, currently used for storage, but it could be adapted as a workshop, studio, or music room, or even as an extra bed and bathroom. It has electricity and water.

The main house is in a U shape, around a central patio and from here, a door leads into a utility area (ideal for hanging coats and storing shoes), with a 1.25 x 1.5m utility area beyond. From here we walk into the kitchen which is open plan (in an L shape) with the living room. The fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen is a generous 4.5 x 3.5m. As one walks from the kitchen into the living/dining room we are struck by the size of the room (11 x 5m) made larger by the high, vaulted ceilings with beams, and three sets of country style double patio doors leading out to a side covered terrace and the main pool terrace. Central to the living/dining room is a beautiful wood burner, with glass on all four sides, making this a central feature of the room.

To the right, is a door to a bedroom (4.25 x 4m) with patio doors out to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom (3 x 2.3m). And on the other side of the living room area are the other two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The first is 5.2 x 4.2m with double patio doors out to the pool terrace and an ensuite bathroom of 3 x 2m, the second bedroom on this side (5.5 x 2.5m with wardrobes) is open plan with a shower room (3 x 2m).
