This stone house was originally built in 1943 and has two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, attic, outbuilding, a well and a stream running at the edge of the property and is in need of restoration. It is situated in a lovely quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Alvaiazere.

You enter the property via the front garden area which leads to a covered verandah where the old kitchen is. The floor here is concrete and there are two windows, one which looks out over the garden area. There is an old fireplace and a bread oven.
The floors and ceilings in the main house are wooden. The first room you enter has a window opening and the floor is part concrete and part dirt. There are exposed stone walls which would be beautiful if incorporated into the renovation. There is a staircase to the attic which is a large space.
Both bedrooms have wood floorboards and windows.
The lounge area has wooden floors and ceilings, there is a window to the front and also a door to the front.
Outside …...
The outbuilding has a dirt floor, a mezzanine level. It is part stone and part brick and there is an additional bread oven here as well as what was animal shed for storage.
At the bottom boundary of the property is a stream and there is also a well and mains water. Mains electricity is also connected to the property.
There are olive, peach, nespera and other trees on the land.
