Three km downstream you enter the Castelo do Bode reservoir and in another five km on the water there is the water sports center Clube Náutico do Zêzere in Trísio.
The property is located six km from the center of the town of Cernache do Bonjardim, which has cafés, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and schools.
The larger town of Sertã is 16 km away.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around two hours and fifteen minutes. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights to and from the United Kingdom and other Europe countries.
Porto airport, which is also serviced by a number of low cost airlines, is around a two and a half hours´ drive away.
