The Blue Heron is a limited service but affordable lodging option that brings you the best of Orlando like no other property can. Because we provide fully equipped kitchens in each of our suites instead of an on-site restaurant and also offer a la carte daily housekeeping options, we are able to keep our rates down.

Visiting the theme parks? We offer complimentary shuttle service right to Epcota€?s Ticket and Transportation Center, and of course wea€?re located within a mile of an entrance to Disney. If youa€?re looking to unplug and enjoy a real resort experience, we have two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi and two fitness rooms. Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun.
