There is an American style fitted kitchen which is all electric except for the gas burners which use a propane bottle, the kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, there are SMEG ovens, fridge, freezer, a Whirlpool dishwasher, and a silent extractor hood over the burners made by NOVY, in the lounge area there is a deluxe wood burning stove manufactured by A.R.C.O. This entire floor is heated by electric under tile floor heating which regulates the temperature beautifully and efficiently warming this first floor level. Additionally there are electric wall radiators located throughout the chalet which are seldom used.
There is one double bedroom leading off from this main living room it is currently being used as a bedroom and it has its own en-suite shower room. The wall has been built on top of the ceramic flooring and therefore could be removed to increase the living room/dinning area if required.
There is also a separate WC with small wash hand basin positioned to the left hand side of the kitchen and at the top of the stairs for use at this level.

Second Floor:

This top floor has 3 double sized bedrooms 2 of which have fitted wooden wardrobes to stay. The 2 bedrooms that face south (front aspect) have exceptional mountain views. Landing Area: Ample electrical sockets are in place for this open plan landing currently used as an office space but would make a great play area too. The minstrel gallery looking over the living room below keeps this landing area bright and warm.
