The property is located less than 10 minutes from the town of Alvaiazere. In Alvaiazere there are cafes, banks, doctors office, post office, and all other amenities you would expect for a mid sized town. There are also a lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a full size football pitch and running track.
The UNECSO City of Tomar is located a half hour away. Tomar is a beautiful City filled with a rich history, beautiful architecture and many wonderful buildings and areas of interest both within the city and on the outskirts.
The university city of Coimbra is 45 minutes away and like Tomar is filled with a rich diversity of architecture, history, buildings, wonderful pedestrian streets where you can wander and enjoy the lovely and individuals shops, and cafes. It is a rare day in Coimbra when there is not some form of outside entertainment, be it choirs or talented buskers.
The nearest coastal beach at Figueira da Foz is less than an hour away.
The airports at Lisbon and Porto are 1 ½ hours and 1 ¾ hours away respectively, making this a great location for access to major transportation links.
