Altinkum with its Golden award winning sandy beaches are easy accessible. In the resort you will find something for every age: sun, sea, and sand. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants catering for every taste on the seafront, or go a few roads back and sample more traditional tastes of turkey. If you were to go slightly to the north of the resort, you will find the ancient Temple of Apollo steeped in history, and everything around this area has been kept in keeping, roads, street lighting and there are a host of craft shops and some lovely small restaurants here, continue through to the small village of Mavisher and there is a wonderful night market open in season where you can stroll around buying great local fresh produce, followed by a water front stroll by the Blue sea maybe stopping for your evening drinks whilst you are there. For the children in the day 1 kilometer from here you will find the water park a must in the hot summer months.
