The villa is located only a short distance from Javea Old town which is 1.5km away. The Old town has a local market every Thursday, offering fresh local produce. There are plenty of coffee shops and small supermarkets, in this quaint Spanish town. Walk 15-20 mins, Car 5 Mins
Further afield you have the beautiful Port of Javea, 4.9km away. A pebbley beach with a wide selection of fronted restaurants and bars. To walk would take approximately 40 mins, and in car 13 minutes.
Then the popular tourist area of Arenal Beach only 7.5km away, again only 14 minutes in the car, a slightly longer walk at an hour. Or if you are feeling energetic 20 minutes on a bicycle.
Here you have a very beautiful white sandy beach with lifeguards on hand. The Arenal is brimming with shops and restaurants. This resort also has great bars and a few nightclubs. A very lovely tourist destination for the whole family, no matter what age.

The villa is situated between Alicante and Valencia Airports. Alicante is 98km. Approximate car journey 1h15mins. Valencia is 119km with a car journey time of 1h17mins.
