This lovely old country house requires total renovation and is on a plot of around 5,000m2 in a country area between Triana village and Lake Viñuela.

The house is located in the centre of the plot, with a large, flat area for gardens and ample parking space from the entrance track. There is a pretty covered terrace to the front of the house (around 6 x 3m) and from here the front door leads into the living room (6 x 3.25m). To the right of the living room, a door leads into the kitchen (down one step, 3.5 x 2.5m) with original floor tiles and Andalusian painted round ceramic sink. The plot itself, while uncultivated at the moment, is a pretty one and all the land is accessible and useable, offering views of the mountains and hills around and other nearby country houses. There are two wells on the plot, making it very easy to cultivate the land entirely with fruit trees of all types.
