3. The access to the property is via a mile of country tracks. A normal car is suitable but a 4x4 may be more suitable.


4. The property is "remote" with only 1 or 2 neighbours within 100 metres from the property. The next is over a mile away. A main A road is about 3 miles away.


The small town of Almendricos is approx 5 mins drive away where they have a number of mini supermarkets, cafe restaurants, bars, bank, schools, chemist and doctors as well as a train station which takes you to Aguilas on the coast or Lorca city.
