Altinkum is a resort which has something for every age, whether you are young and want to play or just site on one of its long sandy beaches soaking up the sun’s rays, perhaps visit the fun fair at night, or you are into history and want to visit the ancient Temple of Apollo close by, and sample the local fish from the area in one of the lovely small restaurants close at hand in the evenings, you will find it

Stroll along the sea front in the evening, sit for a meal or just a drink gaze across the sea at the north side of the Bodrum peninsula with its twinkling lights, you may even be lucky enough to watch one of the beach concerts in high seasons, there is always something going on. Don’t forget the shopping here too you will find just about everything.

If you want to pamper yourself for a day, whey not visit the lovely Marina, either lounge around the Yacht Club or the Beach club, sip a cocktail then dine there, staff are on hand to look after you, check out the boats travelling in and out to sea, and gaze across to the north side of the Bodrum peninsula.

This complex is one of the most sought after in the resort of Altinkum, and close to all the amenities you would want for that great holiday in the sun. It is a ten minute walk to, sea front, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket. There is a corner shop for urgent supplies right by the entrance to the site. On site there are two large pools with children’s areas, small bar and restaurant, games room for the older children in the family, main site office open 24/7 to help with anything from, trips out to hire cars. The site is open all year around and is extremely well maintained.

The apartment itself is first floor and situated on a corner so not really overlooked. On entering the apartment there is a large hallway. The lounge is extremely well planned and the space is used very well, there is plenty of space in this apartment, which opens out onto the balcony. The current owners have glassed the balcony in making it a conservatory style, but with folding glass which is great to open up in the summer months, but also ideal if you wanted to visit in the winter, currently used as a dining and extra seating area.

There is a lovely newly fitted modern kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge freezer, microwave, and hob and ample storage around, a lovely area to cook up that evening meal.

There is a lovely large double bedroom with air conditioning and plenty of space and storage, again the bathroom has been completely modernised to a high standard, with lovely fitted units and walk in shower.

The apartment itself is extremely light and airy, being the end one, and nearly as large as many two bedroom apartments, with the added benefits that it has new kitchen and bathroom. Well worth a look, property is suitable to live in all year around, or just as a holiday home, that you can even visit in the winter months.
