The house is in a livable condition but some renovation work will be required. It could be possible to stay in the house whilst work is being carried out.
It is about 120m2 on two floors, 65m2 ground floor plus 55m2 first floor.

On the Ground floor,
a large double bedroom, a kitchen, a small WC and an unfinished room that could be made into a double bedroom.

An exterior staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor.

On the Top floor,
a sitting room/living room area, a double bedroom, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom has access to a balcony of about 4m2.
It would be possible to have access from the balcony (with a spiral staircase) to the roof.
From here there are excellent sea and mountain views.

Kavousi is a small fishing village 20 km from Agios Nikolaos on the way to Sitia.
Agios Nikolaos is a modern tourist town well known for its wonderful climate and award winning beaches.
Its population is 12000 and it is capital of the province of Lassithi that includes Elounda, Istron and Kritsa among other villages.
Every year thousands of tourists visit Agios Nikolaos and its neighboring towns and villages, giving the place a cosmopolitan and international feel.

The international airport of Heraklion is 62km from Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 50mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.
