In the traditional village of Limnes, just 10 minutes from the popular tourist resorts of Agios Nikolaos, Sissi and Malia, Crete and several organized sandy beaches.

Around a large terraced yard there are 6 good sized rooms.
The rooms on the right hand side of the property are in pretty good condition.
They are equipped with water and electricity.
These three rooms are a good sized kitchen, a living/dining room and a bedroom.
On the opposite side of the yard there are another three large rooms that can be made into extra rooms or into one more house.
There is also a rain water well and a stone oven in the yard.

Limnes is a traditional village just 10 kilometers west of the tourist town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
It is a pleasant village with many inviting little cafes, taverns and shops.
There are many nice walks from Limnes and plenty pretty villages are within walking distance.
The international airport of Heraklion is 45 minutes from Limnes.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 50mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.

The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
