This is a stone house in need of renovation in the centre of the traditional village of Kritsa.

The house is in a small street just off the village main road on the way to Agios Nikolaos.

It is connected to water and electric and can very easily be connected to the village main sewage pipes.
The house comprises three large rooms.

The building is in very good condition as the walls, roof and floors are intact. The main job needed to be done to the house is for a bathroom to be installed.

Kritsa is one of the oldest, largest and most picturesque villages in Crete. It's built on a hill and surrounded by olive trees and beautiful countryside. The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
