Full Description

This two floor stone house is located in the village of Vrahasi, Neapoli.
Vrahasi is located about 5km North of Neapolis and approx 20km Northwest of Agios Nikolaos.

The house stands on a plot of 72,5m2 and it is a total of 95m2, about 55m2 on the top floor and 40m2 on the ground.

It consists of 4 rooms on the top floor and 3 rooms on the ground floor.
The structure is in good condition, but renovation to the house is needed.

This house could be converted into a wonderful 3 bedroom home, with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and even a roof terrace of about 55m2 which will have great views of the village and the surrounding mountains.

The road access to this house is very good.
Both electricity and water are connected.

The village of Vrahasi is one of the oldest villages in the area.
It has managed to keep its traditional Cretan atmosphere and ways, although high profiled tourist resorts like Sissi, Milatos and Malia are less than ten minute drive from here.

The town of Agios Nikolaos is a 15 minute drive from Vrahasi.

The international airport of Irakleion is a 35 minute drive from Vrahasi.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 50mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.

The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
