Above the house is a huge roof terrace with spectacular mountain views and a seating area - a great place to watch the sun set over the mountains in the evening. There is secure parking for 3 or 4 cars on site accessed by electric gates.There is lots to do in the area. The Sierra de la Pila national park is 10 minutes' drive away where there is rock and mountain climbing, abseiling, hiking, pot-holing, bird watching and many other outdoors activities. Alicante airport is 45 minutes' drive away and numerous beaches, including the Mar Menor, are withing 40 minutes' drive. The historic town of Cartagena is less than an hour's drive away, Murcia is 20 minutes' drive (and, if you prefer, accessible from a tram stop with parking 10 minutes' drive away) and Mazarron is about 40 minutes' away.
