The property has an area of 61,5 ha, and is ideal for country and nature lovers, is set in a beautiful secluded valley but only a few kilometres from the coast and the two Atlantic beaches.

The land hosts 10 hectards of flat area, fenced with several paddocks for horses to graze, plus a hilled area with cork oaks, indigenous “medronho” trees and pine trees, a private dam and a 5km track, suitable for walks, jogging and mountain bikes or horse riding.
