CASA SOLEADO • Casa Soleado is located at a few kilometers from Livorno on the green hills behind the sea, in a small complex of four new buildings.

CASA SOLEADO • It lays on three floors and it can be the ideal house for anyone who loves the tranquillity of the countryside and enjoy a large living area and garden at a very short distance from the town and all the services.

Walking through a beautiful garden we reach the front door that opens onto a large room with lounge / conversation area, dining area and kitchen.

As soon as we enter the house our attention is captured by the large french window overlooking the hills and opening onto a 800 sqm fenced garden and onto a paved portico.

This covered outdoor area is perfect to sit outside, for al fresco dining from March to October, due to the mild climate and the closeness to the sea.

The night area is on the first floor and comprises three bedrooms, two with terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. Warm parquet wood floor and panoramic windows and terraces.

From the living room a staicase leads to an another large room with bathroom (lower floor) which can be used for different purposes as it has also a separate entrance from the outdoor.

Location

Colognole is part of the municipality of Collesalvetti (9 km from Colognole) in the province of Livorno. It is located at 210 meters above the sea level and enjoys the view of the sea and the Tuscan Islands. Just 30 minutes from the Costa degli Etruschi, Colognole is the perfect combination for a holiday 'sea and country'.

A territory to be discovered plounged in the Mediterranean nature: hills, woods and Mediterranean vegetation. The 'Parco dei Monti Livornesi' is a protected between Collesalvetti, Livorno and Rosignano, a sort of fossil island emerged quite recently with presents botanical, geological and archaeological treasures.

Thousands of itinearies like the Colognole trekking along the aqueduct; possibility of surfing and windsurfing for lovers of the sea; a dip in the glorious past visiting Livorno, hometown of Pietro Mascagni, Giovanni Fattori and Amedeo Modigliani; but also a ?journey? into the unique flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
