This villa is located 12 minutes' drive from Tavira in the Algarvian hills. It has a very good access, via a tarmac road and driveway.
It is set on a private plot with only one neighbour North of the property and enjoys panoramic and breath-taking ocean views. It was designed in the late 1990s by a Swedish architect in a rounded shape with the view of having multiple viewing points.
The house is built on 2 levels. As you enter the first level there is a lovely and warm living/dining area, a big kitchen and a cloakroom. There are huge terraces all around the house, giving the property a harmonious indoor/outdoor feeling. There is also a roof terrace with wonderful views.
From the lounge, there is a spiral staircase in the corner that leads to the bedroom area which is at the pool level. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is en suite, the other bathroom can be accessed from both bedrooms. There is in addition a small utility and a south facing winter garden that opens onto the barbecue area next to the pool and its decking area. The pool is heated with a heat pump.
There are sea views from all levels and the surroundings are extremely quiet. The house is equipped with underfloor heating on the first level and A/C. In addition, there is a small room by the pool (could be an extra bedroom) and another cloakroom.
On the outside, the plot is landscaped and has several bushes and trees immediately next to the house, it is connected to water from a borehole.
