The whole property sits in mature grounds of around 1 acre which has a swimming pool with a raised sun terrace. There are paths leading down to a river which has a small river beach for easy access and can be used for canoeing, fishing and bathing. As the houses are sitting at a higher level than the river there is no risk of flooding by the river to any of the houses. There is an additional piece of land with a ruin of 2355m² with stunning river and woodland views (with CU for development).

The properties all offer stunning woodland and river views and sit on the edge of Cantal bordering Lot and Averyon and just 35 kms from the Corrèze and the riverside towns of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and Argentat. Nearby are famous towns and tourist sitessuch as Figeac, Conques, Marcolés, Rocamadour (the 2nd most visited site in France outside Paris),the mountains of the Auvergne, the popular ski resort of Super Lioran etc. Nearby there is a large leisure lake with a variety of water sports. There are a number of white water rivers in the area for kayak, an 18 hole golf course (2 kms) and at just 12 kms is the large town of Aurillac with its famous medieval quarter and a large number of Festivals are held during each year.
Air travel is easy with the airport of Rodez under an 1 hour and the recent airport of Brive is just over 1 hour, with Limoges and Clermont Ferrand 2 hours distant.
