  Villa consists of a large living room and kitchen (open American kitchen) in open plan living, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is, as mentioned, a detached guesthouse, a lovely terrace that is empty and runs around the house as well as a large Swim SPA with jet rays for exercise sessions. 

The VERY easy-maintained plot / terrace around the villa is covered with ceramic tiles, the detached villa is located with the bulk of the south-facing terrace.  Both bedrooms and the bathrooms have thermostatically controlled underfloor heating and large wardrobes. 

Inside the villa's entrance door there is a separate easily accessible storage room, there is also a washing machine and an additional refrigerator as a backup if required. The fully equipped kitchen is in an open plan living room called American Kitchen.  In the living room there is a heating / wood burning stove (35kW) for a little 'cooler winter evenings'. 

From the living room leads a double glazed winter dining area. The privately-owned guest house currently offers two beds (expandable to four with two bunk beds) and a spacious bathroom (wc / shower).  On the terrace there are several storage facilities, one of which is used for wood (2qbm) to the fireplace and the terrace's BBQ. 

Swim SPA is 4 meters long and heated with its own thermostat (26 - 36 gr.) Within Urb.  Naricha has a shared swimming pool and green area and plenty of parking spaces.  Urbanization Naricha with its 27 property owners is located a stone's throw from the popular SuperSol supermarket next to the sports ground / city bathhouse and has been a newly established Supermercado Mercadona a further 2 minutes walk away. Playa Burriana Beach and Nerja Beach are within walking distance! 

There is a bus stop at the SuperSol store and a 7-8 minute walk to healthcare / emergency reception if need arises.  Urbanization Naricha probably has one of Nerja's cheapest association fees, 70 € / month, which includes care of the area of ??our own garden / pool master.  No charge increase planned in 2018.

This is an accommodation for those who do not want to start a renovation without moving in and enjoying a nice accommodation right away.  The villa is on a back street which means that no unnecessary traffic and noise exists.
