Mazarrón is located in the heart of the Costa Cálida in the Murcia region of Spain. The Costa Cálida stretches from the largest lagoon in Europe (the Mar Menor) around the La Manga Strip and along the Mediterranean coast to Aguilas in the south. The town and port of Mazarrón offer a range of interesting leisure options and beauty on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea; you can also buy the freshly caught catch from the fish market.

This region boasts over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, and its coastline is bathed by the warm waters of two seas. Over 35km of beaches, unspoiled coves and rocky sea beds make this the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or enjoying nautical sports and scuba-diving, the Bay is sheltered by the last foothills of the Sierra de la Almenara.

If you would like to venture a little further afield then one of the most attractive areas is La Manga del Mar Menor, less than a 1 hour drive away, this is the ideal destination for relaxing and enjoying the sea and activities in its marine resort. Murcia is approximately 30 minutes away from our mobile home park and is ideal for those in search of relaxation,nature and good food. The mountains here are full of wild game and woodland, and crowned with castles, fortresses, hermitages and convents. The more adventurous can paddle down river by canoe or find activities like climbing, hiking, horse riding, cycling and even a water park.

This park is open for 12 months of the year so you may visit as often as you wish and stay for as long as you want but facilities are seasonal. We are in a great location being on the outskirts of the town, where you will find banks, shops, doctors etc and you may register with doctors here. As well as indoor markets in Mazarrón and Puerto Mazarrón there is usually a large outdoor market in a town somewhere in the local area. These are excellent for buying good fresh vegetables and practising your Spanish, you can usually get anything from a tomato to a live chicken. Traveling times are approximately 45 minutes from San Javier (Murcia airport) and 1 hour from Alicante airport; we are only 20 minutes from the new Murcia airport.
