The villa is built on one level and located in the countryside between Loulé and Faro. It takes 10 minutes drive to Faro airport and 15 minutes to miles of sandy beaches and championship golf courses.
The remote controlled double gate opens to a long drive way that leads up to a paved patio in front of the main entrance. The bedrooms, one of which is the master suite and a bathroom are on one side of the entrance hall and the kitchen is conveniently located next to the living and dining room and has direct access to the outdoor BBQ and dining area. Patio doors lead to the south facing sun terraces in front of the large swimming pool with views to the surrounding countryside. An external staircase gives access to the roof terrace from where to enjoy distant sea views.
The annex next to the main entrance is used as office, as well as the one below the swimming pool, which also has a garage.
