The properties sit on a substantial plot on a south facing hill just outside Loulé and consist of a main house with two bedrooms and a guest house that also supplies 2 bedrooms. They are in a central location, Loulé is only a few minutes´ drive away and it takes 20 minutes to reach a dozen of challenging golf courses and miles of stunning beaches between Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura.
The entrance gate opens to a driveway that brings you up to the covered car ports of each house. There is an enormous covered terrace at the entrance in front of the main house, which overlooks the large swimming pool and is also accessed by the living room. It is a great spot to relax, entertain, to enjoy the Algarvean outdoor life style and the distant sea view.
From the hallway to the right one enters the spacious living room that has two large patio doors leading onto the front terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough space for a large informal dining area. A separated bathroom and two large bedroom suites are situated on the opposite side of the hallway of which one has direct access to the front terrace and the pool area.
The guest house was the original farmhouse that had been completely refurbished. It is smaller than the main house but perfect for holidays. It is self contained with an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living / dining room and two pleasant bedrooms. There is also a spacious covered terrace to enjoy the outdoor life style, independent of the main house.
