To the left of the kitchen is an arch into a useful utility and laundry room (1.5 x 1.75m).

Back in the living room, an arch to the left leads to a small distribution area and from here is access to the two bedrooms to left and right, and the bathroom in between. Bedroom 1, to the left, overlooks the garden and is 3.25 x 3m, including built-in wardrobes.
