Nestled on a South facing hillside, along a track of only 100m, is this delightful, 100 year old country cottage. A driveway allows parking for 2 cars, and from here, steps lead down to the cottage and gardens. The house is set in a plot of 1230 m2, and this wonderful, beautiful little house has at least 6 different terraces, each paved in rustic tiling, with low walls and shaded by trees, and all overlooking the most stunning views of the hills and valleys bathed in warm sunlight, views that one can never tire of contemplating.

From the main terrace, which is covered, providing much needed shade (6 x 4m), the front door leads into the living room, with beams and an original fireplace with alcoves to each side, very typical of the old houses in this area.
