Casa Gallego is located within a 5 minute drive from the village of Comares, nestling on a sunny, South facing hillside below the village. It is situated next to another house where a lovely, caring elderly Spanish couple have lived for many decades.

There is no dirt track to reach this house. The quiet country lane leads down the hill to the private garage for one car, with private parking in front of the garage. From here steps lead up to the main terrace, and a garden gate leads into the small and very private garden, with a lemon tree and flowering shrubs and bushes. This might be an ideal place to locate an above ground splash pool in the warm Summer months.

The main terrace is fully paved and very spacious, joining on to the neighbours’ shady terrace next door. The second terrace looks out over the beautiful view and out to sea in the distance, and is totally private and not overlooked by the neighbours or anyone else. This part has a covered area with arches for much-needed shade, ideal for outdoor dining.

The front door leads into a delightful living room/dining room, (5.5 x 3.5m) with the rustic style kitchen to the far left through a wide arch (4 x 2.5m). To the far left area stairs leading upstairs, and straight ahead a wide arch through a very thick wall leads into the delightful, cosy living room (4 x 3m) with a cast iron woodburner and rustic original wooden double doors leading to the arched terrace outside. Beyond the living room is the bathroom (3.5 x 2m) with a very large shower unit.

Taking the stairs, a small landing leads to bedroom 1 (5 x 3m), bedroom 2 (4 x 4m) and bedroom 3 (3 x 3m) which is currently used as a study. The landing leads out to a corridor balcony of 7 x 1m, an ideal place to take in the amazing view.

Outside, by the arched covered terrace is access to the annexe and the outside bathroom. The bathroom is next to the annexe, but separate.
