This quaint country property is set in a lovely and relaxing country environment. The property has two bedrooms and an office. The bedroom on the first floor is on the small side but there is room for a double bed. Next to this bedroom is the office space which could be knocked through making this into a more spacious bedroom.

These rooms come off of the open space kitchen diner. The living room is nice and light and the kitchen is a good size and wraps around one of the corners of the room. Through a door which leads into a hallway we have the bathroom. The bathroom is a good size and has a large shower cabinet.

From this hallway we have access to the terrace. Here you can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine anytime of the year as whether it been rain or shine you are always protected from the elements.

Underneath the property is another bedroom which is a good size and is nice and cool in the summer. There is a bathroom next door which has a wet room.

On the land there is also a fully functioning wood cabin with a bathroom. The cabin has a spacious bedroom with the bathroom next door. There is also a covered porch area to the front.

The property’s garden is simply wonderful, jam packed with a vast variety of fruit trees and shrubs. The garden has greenery all year round and lots of shady spots for seating areas.

The property is located in the village of Pederneira which is around 5 minutes away from Serra. Serra is a lovely village with all of the basic amenities such as cafés, restaurants, a mini market, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery and butchers.

The historic town of Tomar, which is around 14km away, is home to the UNESCO listed Convento de Cristo. Tomar is a popular and bustling town with a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, historic monuments, schools, university, bus and train station and hospital.

The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours’ by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries as well as some direct transatlantic flights to North America.
