Grounds
The park of 4.5ha was created by a famous garden architect in the 19th century and invites for a nice stroll with great views on surrounding countryside with mainly vineyards. The whole property is fenced in and not visible from the outside since the mature grounds is forming a belt around the Château; only the top of the towers can be seen and gives away that there is a wonderful property to be found. General condition
The property is in excellent condition and has kept all the original features in very good condition. Only parts of the second floor will need some decoration work depending on your needs and the kitchen would benefit from some updating. Plumbing, electricity and the oil central heating were done 20 year ago.
