There is good access to the property as well as the official signs provided from the department of Casa Rural’s. This fine looking building is nestled beneath the mountains of an ancient fossil reef, at the front of the property you will find parking for several vehicles as well overspill parking provided by the nearby threshing circle. Leading on from here you will find the spacious living/dining area, featuring exposed wooden beams and a lovely fireplace with fan assisted wood burning fire, this provides heat to other rooms via a ducted system.
Located to the rear of the living area is a good sized, modern fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area, a door from here provides access to the rear terraces, garden and guest cottage. A door from here leads out to a spacious split level roof terrace, from here you can enjoy the best of the vistas up to the reef and surrounding countryside.
Steps from here take you back down to ground level and the rear courtyard, a beautifully mature bougainvillea guides you to the wonderfully kept communal areas including a gorgeous, shaded chill out area, covered entertaining space, large barbeque and original bread oven. A few steps down from here takes you down to the plunge pool, there is some wonderful Mediterranean planting around this area as well as space to relax.
Also located off the rear courtyard you will find Reef Cottage, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained annex, perfect for those looking for more of a self contained holiday.
